Cynthia Bourbeau

Cynthia Bourbeau, President and Founder of Medical and Life Care Consulting Services, Inc. (MLCC), has worked as a Massachusetts Registered Nurse, Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, Certified Nurse Case Manager and Certified Nurse Life Care Planner® for over three decades.

Founded in 2001, MLCC provides Life Care Planning, Medicare Set-Asides, Legal Nurse Consulting and more throughout the United States and internationally. MLCC also provides case management services throughout the Northeast Region of the United States, and a wide range of care consultation for catastrophic injuries.

Cynthia is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Life Can Planners (AANLCP®), The International Association of Rehab Partners, and the Case Management Society of America. She is also a Board Member of Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP®) Certification Board.

Laura Rooney

Laura Rooney, Director of Human Resources at Medical and Life Care Consulting Services, Inc. (MLCC), is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of working in human resources and operations management. She brings over 25 years of combined HR, Training, IT and Operations management experience to MLCC. Laura graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and obtained both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certifications during her career. Utilizing her experience in Manufacturing, IT, Disability Insurance and HR Training and Consulting, Laura provides day-to-day operations and executive management to MLCC.

Passionate about volunteering in her community, Laura is President of Ludlow CARES Coalition as well as a past board member of Springfield Performing Arts Development Corporation, Ludlow Community Center, Employer’s Association of the Northesat and Saint John the Baptist School.
